Getting Your Property Rented
We provide a proactive approach to marketing your property by advertising in local media outlets, posting vacancies on our website, and showing your property 7 days a week. We’ll display signage on your property and promote it through online advertisements and social media.
We personally meet each tenant at the property and conduct credit checks, confirm their income and employment records, and verify their current and past rental or ownership history. We turn applications around in less than 72 hours.
Our goal is to assist with getting you the highest possible return for your property on the rental market. During this initial meeting we will discuss marketing techniques, property amenities and condition or safety concerns to protect your interest. By the end of the meeting we will have finalized a rent estimate for your property and will be ready to be listed on the rental market!
Now that your home is “Rent Ready” we will place the property on the rental market. Properties will be listed on our homepage at www.eimproperties.com, Zillow, Craigslist, Hotpads, etc. At no charge a professional for rent sign can be placed in front of the home. All marketing inquires will be screened by our office and scheduled. Your property manager will personally meet each prospect at your home and complete a walk through. Once the property is viewed prospects will begin the application process by going to www.eimproperties.com and filling out a rental application.
All applications are personally reviewed by your property management team. Items they will be looking into include: credit scores, previous landlord verifications, income requirements, personal and professional references, and all other items in order to select the most qualified applicant for your home. If you are interested in learning information about each applicant, your management team will provide you with all information and assist in making a tenant selection
After filtering through and selecting the perfect candidate for your home your property management team will begin the lease execution process. Our lease agreements are reviewed yearly by attorneys to ensure that owners’ rights are protected to the fullest ability. Your new tenant will be scheduled to come in and sign the agreement personally with your manager. Once the lease is completed it will be scanned and accessible at any time to you.
