I have been in real estate 30 years and am particular, even critical of all details. Eagle has been managing properties and running a lot of rehab work for me for about three years and they have done a great job. They address issues, both good and bad ones, head on and if there is a problem they offer solutions. I find Josh to be more cost conscious than I am which is a good sign when someone handling properties is careful about effectively and efficiently spending your money. The results have always been great, and I put a lot of trust in this group. I do not trust many companies the way I trust Eagle.
I had the pleasure of renting a home through Eagle Property Management from November of 2012 to November of 2013. From day one, the property manager, Daniel Irwin, was relaxed, easy going, and hassle free. Not to mention easy on the eyes. Any questions I had were promptly answered, through email, or telephone. Rent was able to be taken out automatically from the bank account which made payments effortless and always on time.The property itself was already in great condition and the couple minor concerns I had regarding air conditioner filters and the garbage disposal were quickly handled. I would still be renting from them if it weren’t for the tiresome commute from Elk Grove to Natomas every morning.
